Our Organisation

Black Europeans is a growing movement committed to uniting, connecting and empowering minority ethnic citizens acin the diaspora. Formed in the aftermath of Brexit, our initiative was born out of the urgent need to address systemic racism and create long-term, meaningful change — not just in policy, but in the lived experiences of people of colour throughout the continent.

We believe in the power of unity through diversity. By bringing together voices across borders, we work to challenge inequality, amplify underrepresented perspectives, and build a more inclusive Europe — one where all citizens can thrive.

Our Mission

To connect  empower and unite European minority ethnic citizens to stand united in adversity through diversity, with the goal of rooting out systemic racism.

Our Vision

Our vision is to create a united, connected and empowered network of European citizens, fostering solidarity and resilience among EU citizens from racialised backgrounds residing and working in the diaspora. We strive to dismantle institutional racism within the European Union by championing substantive equality, promoting cultural diversity, and amplifying the voices of marginalised communities. Together, we envision a future where Europeans in the diaspora has the same rights as those residing in mainland Europe, are valued, respected, and empowered to contribute to a society that celebrates inclusivity and substantive justice for all.
